Thanks to TikTok we found out about an anime themed noodle restaurant in Orlando, FL. This was definitely on our 'must do' list. We were able to see items from DragonBall, Pokemon, Demon Slayer, InuYasha, One Piece, Sailor Moon, and many more - all while watching One Piece and eating amazing udon.
Entering the park at nearly 7 am. Disney snacks are the best! Plus, with all the walking we've been doing - I can hardly keep my blood sugar up. So many snacks and smoothies!! Jeremy won me a new dino for my classroom at the arcade of Dino-Rama! We walked the gorilla trail and got to ride the Kilimanjaro Safari. Time to Park Hop over to Magic Kingdom...
*See more photos under "Our Pictures". Entering the park on a park hopper at 4 pm. We have been looking for the gold 50th anniversary statues and medallions. Gotta love the Orange bird!! We started the day at Animal Kingdom at nearly 7 am and using our park hopper - closed Magic Kingdom at 11 pm. We nearly walked a half marathon today.
*See more photos under "Our Pictures". On our way in to the park and our first ride - Spaceship Earth! We even met up with 3 of our students and a fellow teacher under Spaceship Earth (The EPCOT Ball). So many Orange Birds!! The Flower and Garden Festival is the only time of year when Orange Bird merchandise is released and I got some! Orange Bird merch I snagged: smoothie sipper, Flower and Garden pin, Mickey ears, long sleeve and short sleeve shirts, pajama set, baseball hat, travel tumbler, and a purse. *I did find a little more at: Disney Springs: FigPin Magic Kingdom: 2nd kind of smoothie sipper, vinyl sticker, and trader pin So much fun stuff to explore. Japan was our favorite of the country pavilions. The Japanese store is amazing. I only wish there was a set of Japan Mickey ears.
*See more photos under "Our Pictures" We made a quick stop at Disney Springs to look for Orange Birds!! We found one large display, one large painted wall, and one hand towel.
Jeremy got a Tesla as our rental car. We tried every feature we could. HE IS IN LOVE. I guess our next car will definitely be a Tesla Model 3.
2/22/22 on a Tuesday = Twosday!! This is the only time this will happen in history!! To celebrate the amazing number of 2s, we wore tutus, tiaras, tie-dye, tennis shoes, and ties.
After going to the Moon Festival and hitting a few local board game stores, we had dinner at Nerdvana Frisco. It is a restaurant where you can also order video games and board games with your dinner. Absolutely amazing! We played "Camel Up!" (and then went to another board game store to but "Camel Up").
