We shared our early Thanksgiving dinner with our neighbors and one of our neighbors returns the favor on Thanksgiving Day and allowed us to come over and grab a to-go plate! So many yummy treats!
The pop cultural phenomenon has ended its run. In celebration, our friend hosted a finale party to watch the last episode. This is the dessert we brought to share. (A 7-layer S'more with the necessary dragon toasting the top)

I'm pretty sure everyone had a great time! *See more pictures under "Our Pictures". This has been a weird summer. We have left Colorado to start our new adventure in Texas, but our apartment will not be ready until August 10th. So now all of our stuff is storage and we are staying wherever we can. We have spent the last two weeks with Jeremy's parents in Oklahoma City. We brought along our board games, camping supplies, bikes golf clubs, etc. Plus, their backyard is protected by beautiful toads that come out and eat all the June Bugs just as the sun goes down each night. I love hanging out with them. They don't seem to mind me much (until I try to take their pictures).
Jeremy's brother's wife's sister's wedding. Yeah, did you catch all that? Let's just say our good friends Melissa and Chase had a beautiful wedding! The rain held off just long enough for them to finish the ceremony and walk away as "Mr. and Mrs. Hall" Right as they got to the large tent for the reception, the heavens poured soaking anyone silly enough to be meandering around.
The clouds kept everyone nice a cool during the outdoor reception and the rain was beautiful and didn't last too long. They entire thing was wonderful. Who doesn't love spending family gatherings playing intense games of giant Jenga? Perhaps this is our new family tradition?!
