An unusual sight to be sure: me, dancing, in public! This sight is typically reserved for the confines of my music room at school or my living room in my pajamas. It is the last public concert out on the square in front of our apartments for the summer. Mom even made the trip down to Texas for the event! Oh, and by the way... Unicorn Burritos are real! I've had one! (ice cream with toppings wrapped in cotton candy)

I always end up getting Jeremy's gifts early. Usually because he "needs" them. This year is no different. One such place is the "Backyard on 5th" in Sachse, TX. Every Friday night (5-10 pm) there are food trucks, live entertainers, yard games, and more on 5th street. One of the best ways to enjoy 100 degree heat.
